Something about today

It is so seldom quiet

I am nearly shaken by it

Something about a winter day

The background tapping of the radiator

And my fingers on these keys

I think of all of you

I long for all of you

I remember all of you

I can’t imagine life without you

And I never will

Am I a fool

Or is it never really over

Are we always all together

Whenever one of us remembers

I feel so peaceful reading this poem, peaceful and somehow taken for a moment out of time. Thank you!
