A Colder Wind
Just now
A colder wind
Blew right through
And back a dozen years, two
Mingling dream and reverie
Somewhere under morning sun
Some skin to finger’s touch submits
Some sweet scent on a shirt collar remains
They tumble out together
These days
A sand speck trail
I can’t begin to follow
A colder wind
Blew right through
And back a dozen years, two
Mingling dream and reverie
Somewhere under morning sun
Some skin to finger’s touch submits
Some sweet scent on a shirt collar remains
They tumble out together
These days
A sand speck trail
I can’t begin to follow
