Travel Day
August 19, 2006
Today we return to Cologne. His Holiness is still sleeping but when we rises he will be ready to go – that’s his nature. On travel days he wakes up at nearly 100% energy – no warm up required.
We have had a terrific summer: his first circus, the Ferris Wheel, paddling the kayak together on the lake, riding in the fire truck, the children’s theatre in the small town just down the road, his first live orchestral concert and hours and hours together talking and playing with his trucks or building a Lego-New York City over and over again.

I enjoyed reading about your summer. For sure it will be a happy memory for years to come, as well as a tradition.
Thanks Cathy and Michelle ...
We are back (thank you great spirit) safe and sound.
Hope you had a good flight and that HH traveled as well as he did to NY. I've spent quite a bit of time in Cologne this summer. You're lucky to live there.
looking forward to hearing the rest ....
Thanks J ... and yes, HH did a great job on the trip home.
Piu ... There will be more - thanks for stopping by.
